The proposal and statement of work identify which OMNIWELL member company contracts, invoices, and carries delivery responsibility.
IP and repository terms in writing
Ownership of commissioned code and deliverables, repository access, third-party components, security responsibilities, and handover obligations are agreed before work begins.
Evidence with confidentiality respected
Where client permissions allow, relevant references or supporting delivery evidence can be shared during qualification or under NDA.
